Artist statement/Bio

My name is Taylor Luna and I was born and raised in Houston Texas. I always loved art and always loved to see how far I can take my artistic abilities even when I was a small person. I always attended some kind of art public school my whole life but I didn’t really understand the importance of my skill until I attended HSPVA (High school for the Preforming and Visual Arts). They helped mold me into the artist I am today. After graduating I decided to continue my passion for art and see what exactly what new experiences I can bring into the world!

I create uv spray paintings as a way to help self reflect and understand who I am as an artist/person. Most of my art works takes from both graffiti and LSD styles. Not only does my art serve the purpose of self reflections but also helps unlock a new me whenever I trip and admire my artwork. I want to bring my paintings to life one day and make huge installations for people to experience and enjoy. That’s my ultimate dream as an artist. Bring new light into this world.
